We are a Trading Licence Holder of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as Broker/Dealer and Issuing House/Financial Adviser. We are also licensed as Broker/Dealer on the NASD OTC Market and the Lagos Commodities and Futures Exchange (LCFE).
Our authorised share capital is ₦1,200,000,000 (One Billion, Two Hundred Million Naira) made up of 2.4 Billion ordinary shares of 50k each; paid‑up share capital is ₦1,018,160,000 (One Billion, Eighteen Million, One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira) comprising 2,036,320,000 ordinary shares of 50k each.
